1. Secure one end of the escape rope or ladder to a sturdy object, hang the other end onto the safety belt or wrap it around the waist, fasten the safety hook, and throw the lifeline down the window towards the downstairs.
2. Wear protective gloves and hold the lifebuoy with both hands. Hook the window sill with your left foot and step on the outer wall with your left foot. After calming down, move your left foot out of the window.
