1. The two fixed ends of the adhesive corner code are connected in a right angle shape through a perforated connecting plate. The outer side of the connecting plate is provided with an outer adhesive filling groove, and the inner side of the connecting plate is provided with an inner adhesive filling groove. Insulation boards are installed on the fixed end holes on both sides of the corner code. The protruding parts of the insulation boards on the upper and lower sides are connected to the connecting plate to form an upper adhesive filling groove. The connecting plate is provided with holes, and the middle hole of the connecting plate is connected to the upper and lower adhesive filling grooves. The upper and lower adhesive filling grooves are connected to the outer and inner adhesive filling grooves

Its beneficial effects are:

(1) Both sides of the insulation board reduce the heat conduction of the adhesive corner code and improve the insulation performance of the adhesive corner code.

(2) The connecting plate hole can connect the adhesive in the upper filling groove with the adhesive in the lower filling groove, preventing the adhesive in the upper filling groove from detaching from the adhesive in the lower filling groove, reducing the injection resistance, allowing the adhesive to fill under less pressure, reducing the defect of the adhesive cavity, and improving the connection strength between the profile and the injection angle code.

(3) By installing insulation boards on the fixed end holes on both sides of the corner code, the protruding insulation boards on both sides form adhesive lower filling grooves and adhesive upper filling grooves with the connecting plate. The manufacturing process is simple, and there is no need to process adhesive lower filling grooves and adhesive upper filling grooves on the connecting plate. The production cost is low, the production speed is fast, and the insulation board has the function of preventing heat conduction between the adhesive and the metal corner code, improving the insulation performance of the injected adhesive corner code.

(4) The middle hole of the adhesive corner code connecting plate reduces the weight of the adhesive corner code and lowers the cost of the adhesive corner code.
