Daily maintenance of door and window anti-fall chains should pay attention to the following points:
- Regular cleaning: Wipe off dust and oil on the surface of the anti-fall chain with a dry cloth. If there are stains, wipe them with a small amount of neutral detergent and then dry them with a dry cloth. Especially avoid using acidic or alkaline detergents to prevent corrosion of the coating.
- Lubrication maintenance: Drop 1-2 drops of lubricating oil (such as sewing machine oil) on the chain connections and screw fixing points every 3-6 months to reduce friction loss and avoid rust and jamming.
- Check tightness: Check whether the screws are loose every month, and tighten them in time if they are loose; check whether the chain is deformed, broken, or has welding points falling off, and deal with problems in time when found.
- Environmental protection: For anti-fall chains in humid environments (such as bathrooms), wipe off the moisture on the surface after each use; in low-temperature areas in winter, avoid residual water on the chain from freezing (freezing may cause the chain to become brittle and break).
