Aluminum door and window profile frames are generally square shaped, and the connection between the profile frames of aluminum doors and windows is generally made using corner brackets; The connection between the profile frames of aluminum doors and windows is often made by processing the end of the profile frame of aluminum doors and windows into a 45 degree oblique angle to form a right angle joint in order to hide the corner code. However, the commonly used universal movable corner code and adhesive corner code have the following defects:
(1) The height difference on the surface of the existing activity corner code group is uncontrollable, and the two material surfaces are always misaligned with external forces. The strength of the door and window corners is extremely poor, and a slight external force can cause deformation and cracking of the activity corner code, posing a structural safety hazard.
(2) There are several commonly used injection molded corner codes on the market, including saw cut corner codes with plastic guide vanes, die cast corner codes, and injection molded corner codes. But there are still many problems in use:
1) Sawing corner code with plastic guide plate: The main disadvantage is that the plastic guide plate forms an isolation layer between the corner code and the profile, which cannot make the corner code and the profile form a whole. When subjected to external forces, the corner code and the profile may shift, causing the adhesive surface to crack and affecting the waterproof performance and corner strength.
2) Die cast corner code: The main disadvantage is that the performance of the die cast product is hardened and fragile, and it is easy to break the die cast corner code when using a collision machine or locking pin, which affects the strength and waterproof performance of the door and window corners. The production efficiency of die-casting corner codes is low and the cost is high, increasing the production cost of doors and windows by about 25%, resulting in a significant increase in operating costs for door and window production enterprises, and also affecting the marketing performance of doors and windows.
3) Plastic corner codes: The main disadvantage is that injection molded corner codes have low self strength, and the material is soft, which cannot meet the strength requirements of doors and windows. Moreover, due to design defects, it leads to serious glue consumption.
